Be Frank 4 Justice is a charitable organization founded in 2016, and incorporated March 2021 to increase access to legal support and bridge the gap for incarcerated individuals and their loved ones by providing support to overcome the tramatic impact of the carceral system.

 We envision communities in which an individuals' right to freedom and liberty are not compromised or threatened by financial insecurity, and we are committed to advocacy and actions that protect the integrity of legal proceedings and the human rights of incarcerated individuals.

We focus on ensuring positive outcomes for individuals affected by the carceral system, by improving access to resources, and through community education, engagement, and empowerment.
